Custom "Applique Name" Crewneck

These one-of-a-kind crewnecks are made with materials supplied by you, including baby/children clothing items, blankets/swaddles, items in memory of a loved one. Taking your most loved items and making them into a crewneck for you to cherish!  

Custom request, including names, to be entered in the "Comment special instructions below:" Birthdate can be included in place of one name. -- Example: Bentley 12/3/24 -- this would be considered to be "2 names". 
*Also include — what “appliqué” name you’d like — example: “MAMA, NANA, PAPA, GMA, AUNT, MOM…” 

You can also request a thread color in the Special Instructions, otherwise I’ll choose one to coordinate with items that you provide!
